Return & Refund Policy

Customers are kindly advised to initiate the return process by contacting us within a period of 15 days from the date of product delivery.

This can be done by sending an email to our dedicated address at eshop@bomberg. Upon receipt of the return request, we will promptly provide customers with a shipping tag to facilitate the secure return of the package to our atelier.

Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a comprehensive inspection at our atelier to ascertain whether the watch has been worn.

This meticulous examination is a crucial step in our refund process. Once we confirm the watch's condition meets our return criteria, we will initiate a full refund for the watch's price.

Please note, however, that shipping costs incurred during the purchase, if a paid shipping option was chosen, are not eligible for a refund, the same for duties and taxes. The refund will be processed using the customer's original method of payment.
